Brian at INW first insured a home I purchased in 2004. Since then I've used him for homes, rental properties, cars and a boat. He has always been great and is available when I need him on the phone. He even contacted me when he happened to find another policy to save me money. Highly Recommended!

Mr. McComb neglects to mention the numerous attempt we made to contact him and without a response. With nearly two thousand extremely satisfied clients, over twenty years experience, and an incredibly professional staff, we work very hard to take care of our clients. Sometimes an underwriter will not accept a policy for various reasons. It is rare, however it does happen. In this case we attempted to contact Mr. McComb on several occasions to place his policy elsewhere and he did not respond.

Keep shopping, find someone who knows what they're doing. My homeowner's was abruptly cancelled because INW sold me an unsupported policy, and I can't even get them to call me back. Luckily I found another agent who could help.
