Halo they lured me in with a low price, and then proceeded to jack it up significantly every few months until I'm paying much more than the typical competitor charges. Worse, they can't keep track of payments, and have repeatedly locked me out even though my epayment clears in plenty of time every month. Then, when you go to the office to try to get it fixed, they're usually not there during business hours, and no one locally or at the corporate level answers the phone. This isn't where you want to put your stuff if you ever want to be able to get to it again.
