If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was approached by a rep while I was waiting at the carwash, and against my better judgement, I gave my contact and insurance information to the rep in order to proceed with the repairs to the few chips in my windshield. About a week later (after a rep from my insurance agency came out to inspect & approve my glass claim) the owner Nathan texted me to schedule my appointment. He first pressured me to call my insurance and request a full replacement rather than a repair (the rep at the carwash did the same thing), and after reiterating to him again that the cracks were small and I was fine with the insurance-approved repairs, he scheduled an appointment time with me for the following afternoon. After waiting at home all day and no one contacting me or showing up at my home, I texted Nathan again asking about my appointment. Without any sort of acknowledgement or apologies of the situation, his reply was "I take it nobody called you, installed called in today and we had to reschedule his jobs for the day". He then asked if they could do the repairs 2 days later, which I agreed to after he gave me a 3-hour window in the afternoon. Yet again, after waiting around the house all day and the window of time he gave me lapsed, I texted him again stating that after 2 no-call / no-shows, that I would no longer like to give him my business and to please cancel my service order. He never replied, never apologized.

I don't understand how a business could possibly be run this way. They lack in service in every way possible. Steer clear of this shady company.

Awesome company.... Awesome people..... My experience with them has been fantastic. I defiantly reccomend them.
