Lived here and it was by far the most horrible experience. Management is so rude. They raise the rent when ever they want.

Ive lived at Mesa park for a year now the rent is cheap but the neighbors are horrible the kids are disrespectful they're disruptive anD destructive.kids break into other peoples cars they break your property they steal things from you you can complain to the office but the office has no control over their community if there's something wrong with your apartment be prepared for a waiting list I would not recommend this apartment complex if you have kids because of the other kids are a bad influence on your children .overall I'm just not happy with how things arEhere

Mesa Park Apartments was the absolute worst living experience I ever had. They are very unprofessional. The maintenance staff is incompetent and nobody seems to care. My plumbing backed up 4 times when I lived there. Nothing every got replace just a quick "duct tape" fix. Roaches that never went away even though I kept my house clean. The most disgusting carpet ever. The carpet guy even told me that he told the apartment that our carpet needed to be replaced. The washer agitator plates was broken and would pop off during a load, it was never fixed even though we notified them. Our garbage disposal would clog and it needed to be replace but they never did that. And there was a lot of minor things that were never taken care of. If i got into every single bad experience I would be able to publish a book. I was so glad when I moved out. Then I recently received a collection notice for a bill for things that were done to the apartment. I never even received the initial bill because the apartment company sent it to my last address, which was my apartment when I lived there, even though I gave them a forwarding address. The thing that makes me mad was I never did an initial walk through and when we did our last walk through the assistant manager never said we would be charged for things. She didn't even have a form just a notepad. We didn't sign anything. They are just so cheap and will try to get money to pay for things they don't want to replace but have to.
