Poor customer service once you have purchased, if you have any issue's you will be put on the back burner for a very long time. It's upsetting, they got the money and so they no longer care about servicing you. Be prepared. I will NEVER shop there again. I was just on hold and got hung up on. Called back "which store were you looking for" (UGH) Power Road in Mesa, got connected, explained who I needed to speak to, "he is out till tomorrow". "Can I help you?" he says, I explain the whole situation.....then there is a long pause, then "what was your question again". I said never mind I'll call back tomorrow and I hung up. I am sure that is exactly what he expected to happen. Customer service is a thing of the past here. I got less for Mor instead of Mor for less.
