It was horrible! When i walked in the owners had their kids there with their backpacks on the table in the lobby area. At the front desk, the lady had her infant in the stroller at her desk. She stopped multiple times to tend to her crying child and she wasnt very educated on the whole tax matter either. The owner guy there took the crying baby to the back, then like 5 minutes later we hear the baby screaming... he wasn't watching the baby and she fell from the stroller onto the TILE floor. The front desk lady ran to the back and i was left sitting there for a while just waiting. i think if you have kids and you're TRYING to run a business... get a baby sitter, or take the kids to a day care!! Also, he said i was gonna get my taxes on a specific date... im still waiting!!
