Nice place to live if you like being greeted by a threatening sign, movie sets and used car lots. We moved here 7 years ago, the rent has been raised 6 times with park amenities being cited as the reason. The only amenity is the clubhouse with two pool tables. The only positive is the residents are for the most part very amiable, friendly and neighborly
