when the state legislature cancelled my ahcccs, july 2008, they gave me eight days to find other coverage. what i did not know was that a cpap machine i'd been given , but not used for months and months, was on a hidden monthly rental (to that prior ahcccs plan)...........MONTHS later, this agency started trying to bill me, out of the blue, without ANY explanation whatsoever ................after researching what was going on, i spoke with the payment dept of this agency, and found, the ABSOLUTE worst customer assistance personality i've encountered in years and years

i highly recommend you AVOID this agency
