I cant speak for the office but I can speak to 2 years with their landlord Andrea King. She is condescending & accusatory with every response.



We had an AC leak for over a year with multiple repairs and the damage still isnt been corrected. At one point water was pillowing in the walls. I poked a hole to drain it before it popped and ruined electronics in main room. That was 6 months ago. Mold / water damaged walls are obvious in a number of spots. I asked for mold testing. The guy that did the testing laughed about how bad it was and said "well they obviously need to fix this". I was told to contact a real estate attorney in order to see the findings. I was advised that they would fix the wall but were it no hurry because it was my fault for popping the water paint pillow. The negligence is the two weeks of daily leaks that our landlord refused to respond to until I sent pictures, AC company said popping it was the right move.



Dont rent from Ran Realty.

Bad Real Estate Agent does not even come close to say what I think of this company. There attitude is they are doing you a favor by answering the phone. There are to many companies to choose from to deal with this. I picked another mesa company that did a good job.

I rented a home from RAN Realty for over 2 years. The house was falling apart; chronic roof leaks, mold, and infested with scorpions, but despite my better judgment I chose to stay. When confronted with it, I had to pay for the scorpion removal myself and it would take very long to have someone fix small household repairs. The roof was never repaired correctly, and no one ever came out to evaluate the mold that was found. Once I chose not to renew my lease, I gave more than 2 months’ notice and they turned out to be AWFUL. They made false accusations of property damage including a pool that was damaged when I moved in. When I asked for their proof showing the damage at move in, I was threatened with a lawsuit. Upon pressing the matter and hiring a lawyer they dropped their threats, but nickeled and dimed me for every bit of my security deposit. DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY.
