All true but 5 star no true! Jenifer is rude manager. High price here no nice things. Homes bad condition and much money.

To previous posters. The manager is not as you say. Dog poop everywhere. Cars block the streets. There is a playplace, in case you are not aware, it is up front, or as they like, on the streets. Visitors parking upfront, but they park on the road. The manager is not fair. She makes the yard people clean up stuff she should do, like left over trash lying around. Some residents, if she likes get away breaking the standards of living, so if you move here, get friendly with the manager and you can do anything without being harrassed. I am glad we moved! You say she is nice, because you want to stay on the managers good side because you have no where to go so you don't cause waves. I could go on and on and on, but why? People who don't tell the truth will still be there. I am glad we have moved from there.

Jennifer is a great manager. The park has really improved since shes taken over the property. Its cleaned up tremendously. Only thing I wish we had was a playground for the kids.

I like living here. You can see the pride of ownership as everyone owns their mobiles here. The onsite managers are very nice and have done a lovely job with updating the common areas to make it look like a little piece of paradise.

Love it here so safe so clean such nice people live here u can leve your front door open and everyone watches out for each other and mangers are GREAT so caring just really sweet and kind I never won't to live any where else .

The managers act like they are your friends and then do outlandish things to get more money out of you. The park rules only apply to those that stand up to their unprofessional nature. You get nothing included in park rent. Waste of time and money.

Beware the park manager; she is manipulative. The park is quiet for the most part and most the tenants are friendly but it's a lower class park with mostly older mobile homes. There are much nicer mobile home parks in the area which offer amenities such as a club house and swimming pool. This park offers nothing at all except onsite laundry facility (2 washers, 2 dryers).

under new managment this is a great safe place to live we love it here!! the new owners are wonderful and have made all kinds of great improvments its pet freindly family freindly!!

I have lived here for over 8 years and enjoy it. There are no loud parties going on at all. The mesa police drive by our community nightly on 40th street. I have never had an issue with my neighbors or the new management team. This community has cleanned up alot in the past year alone.The managers are very helpful and try to help you whenever they can. They are running move in specials right now that are amazing! I am telling all my co workers and family to move in now that the old managers have left.

I live in this park and find it uncontrolled and very hard to live in.There are parties and children in the streets screaming and yelling all hours of the day and nite, usually on the weekends i mean nite like 12.00 midnite,,,Dogs are everywhere and bark and bark and bark...I have asked the manager why he doesent take of it and was told to call the police if i dont like it,isnt that his job???iam also made to park my personal auto away from my home because i have 2 other cars and that puts my third car at risk of being vandalized or even worse stolen...
