I bought one last Summer for my 3 kids and I don't think I will ever regret spending $2,600 on a swing set. I had one of those $1000 dollar wood sets from costco before but it only lasted a year and the kids never played on it because it got too hot and it always had splinters.

With my vinyl play set, when its hot outside, I just turn on the built in mist system and the kids are back having fun. Also with vinyl I never have to worry about splinters. I love it! The vinyl really doesnt get hot in the sun either, it is always cool to the touch. I've had it now for 3 years and it still looks brand new and remains standing strong! I will never buy another wood playset again. Well I guess with the ruffhouse vinyl playset's life time warranty against cracking, fading, rusting, rotting, and splintering I won't have to ever buy any other play set.
