I was assaulted in this complex but this is only the icing on the cake.

I've had three hit and runs on two different vehicles and also I have a motorcycle and it has been knocked over on one occasion and had people damage my property but the apartment was never concerned or cared, told me I should move my bike into different spots to avoid any more abuse.

This is not a family friendly apartment community.

The parks are hardly maintained, there is dog feces in every grass patch, the slide for instance is broken up and could hurt a child but they've neglected repair for at least 6 months.

They state it is a secured apartment but 9 times out of 10 it is open because the gate is broken or something.

The manager is very condescending if you bring her an issue and talks to you like a child, the rest of the staff is not any better and I've dealt with all of them.

I do not feel safe in this complex and I have a son to worry about.

please take all this into consideration before possibly moving here I promise I've stated nothing but the truth and am very passionately upset about the poor units and service, let alone the community being unsafe.

Don't say you weren't warned!
