5 STARS!!!!!! I have been here for 15 months and just renewed another year! I have the most beautiful one bedroom steps from a lake. (one of the many on the property). As a single woman safety and quietness is key. The area I am in is very quiet catering to more single, couples, and retiree's. (Also 'winter visiters') The manager, Lori, is awesome! She also has two other woman in the office that are friendly, sincere, and personable! (Bobbie and Kristine) The head of maintenance, James, and his staff are excellent! Most repairs complete within 24 hours. (even clogged sinks) My apartment was exactly what I hoped for when I moved in and I have had only extremely small repairs with no problems. The are is well worth the price and is in a great neighborhood walking distance from great restaurants, a movie theater, and grocery stores. The staff are always friendly and caring!!
