I'm new to the area and a single parent. When a kid needs a doctor it seems urgent at least to the kid and the parent. I searched for local walk in clinics and based upon a single review and it's location to my house I thought it would be a good choice. I arrived a few minutes before 8 which is when the doors open. I was third in line. after signing in we sat for almost 30 minutes with 6 others and than were asked to fill out paperwork that took another 20 minutes. Long story short, it was 2 hours to get seen. Once we were in the lady doctor seemed new but caring. Overall, the service was very slow and a lack of personal contact or customer service was ovbious.

I brought my son who got injured playing basketball and needed stiches on his face.The staff was very courtous and took me back rightaway. Facility was very clean . Physician who did the stitches was very proffessional and seemed to have alot of confidence and experience.He explained me how to take care of it .the wound healed good since post care was explained well. I didnt have to go to Er and wait for 6-7 hours.
