Small, clean family friendly park. Stayed the winter season and was very pleased. Great dog run. Management is friendly and willing to help. Heated pool was great. Met several people. Large lots, stayed in a 5th wheel and had more than enough room. Returning again this year, great rates.

You own a trailer and yet you live like you would in an apartment or rental. There's NO WATER PRESSURE at all. Your lucky if there's enough water to take a shower. And if someone is taking a shower, and your either washing dishes or washing clothes, it leaves you or the person taking a shower with no water at all. I do not recommend this park to anyone...there's a whole lot more negative to this park than you can imagine.
