A couple weeks ago my family and I went to Sonic (Ellesworth between Quadelupe & Elliott, in Mesa Arizona 85212). We all wanted shakes... 1/2 price after 8 pm. We drove and waited in line for 30 mins. Then once we got up to the speaker they told us that the credit machine was down. No apologies!!! My problem was not that we did not have the cash with us, the problem was why didn't they communicate with us before 30 mins.... They had tons of employees on skates helping customers. A knock on the window would have been sufficient. A couple days later we received free shakes. They reminded us that it was not their fault abt the machine, but that wasn't the point, where was the communication!!!!! We waited for 30 mins for nothing...

So this morning, I went there for breakfeast. I ordered 2 burritos and some of their new cinnamon dippers. I noticed in the bag there was no cream cheese dipping sauce for cinnamon dippers. I drove around and told Nicole that I was just here and unfortunately my sauce was not in the bag. Her only reply was that they ran out of it. WHAT why did she not tell me that WHEN I was ordering or WHEN I paid. The male manager got on the speaker told me that it was his fault. He didn't tell her. There was no offer of any solution (no offer of getting my money back) However, somehow when she was getting the bag together, she must have found out the they were out of the sauce. Im not upset that there was no sause, it is that there is a non shalont attitude, its like oh well you already bought the product. The LACK of customer service and the LACK of COMMUNICATION is unacceptable. Too bad we go about 3 times a month.... No more
