Provided by YP.comBed bugs, water leaks and failure to comply with basic rules of the bed bugs. Let alone the water leaks. I have had 3 of them from my upstairs unit and the last one was a toilet flood and fecal matter and such was pouring from my ceiling. They sent a very bad carpet agency to soak up the water and then proceeded to not fix carpet but put a blower fan under the carpet, had 4 of them. In bathroom walkway, hall closet and in both bedrooms. All the carpet in hallway was soaked. Bubbling in ceiling still isn't fixed. The cover to my ac unit still hasn't been put back on. There is also a nasty, pungent smell of mildew and ammonia in my bed rooms. I asked to be sprayed for bed bugs. They checked said I'm fine, butt I an not. I found some, video recorded them and even captured one. They sent me a text stating, yeah you did have a bed bug captured but, we found no infestation, but we found 1 roach so we sprayed for roaches. Omg, really. So i show proof of a bed bug and there are numerous apts that are infested, the pest company won't return calls. And the property manager tells me to contact the area manager saying they did what i asked in a timely manner. No they didn't. When i heard a renter ditched their apt due to bed bugs, i asked to be sprayed to be safe, since only it was only 4 apts over from mine and then i found out some upstairs as well in my building. They did not. I find proof and ask to be sprayed, they did not. Said i don't have infestation. I am disgusted and am wanting to move. I have asked for it to be taken care of. This is my last resort before I obtain an attorney due to the fact it's not healthy, habitable, and the smell, and the bugs, and just the plain fact it not safe. I need help and it costs money so I figured i would post here and make my story known. There is much more but this is the worst. I have extreme anxiety and ptsd, I can't sleep since I found that bed bug. It's messing with my heath, my work and everything else.

Provided by YP.comI rented apartment there for 4 months. Although they have been renovated the kitchen cabinets, appliances and the linoleum in the kitchen and the bathroom were not. There were missing pieces of linoleum and the kitchen appliances were also quite old. It is difficult to tell if the carpet was changed at the renovation but it was also quite dirty and worn off. My apartment was fully furnished but between the cushions of the couch there was plenty of "stuff"- crumbs, peanuts and dead bugs. there was also dried "stuff" under the crisper in the fridge. I had to clean thoroughly the whole apartment after I moved in and did the same after I moved out. I was surprised to see that I was charged for general cleaning and carpet cleaning. The manager explained that it is routine to charge for carpet cleaning (despite that the carpet was not clean at all when I moved in and was cleaner when I moved out) and I was charged only the minimal amount for general cleaning because I had left the apartment clean. He refused to reimburse me because all those charges are 'standard" and it is in the rental agreement (read it carefully). Because of that I would look into the neighboring apartment complexes.
