I had delt with ChartWest Realty before the new husband Bob, took over!. All the sudden there was no Susan Buttars Owner of ChartWest Realty Since 1994. No rent monies were distributed! No calls returned! He even said they were out of town in Chicago once when I was standing right behind him in the parking lot.. We pulled our properties and suggest that anyone doing business with them. Do some research starting with the B.B.B. Better Business Bureaue. They have tried to blame these fraudulent schemes on a few employees that were living in rental homes under contract with Mrs. Buttars and her company. The owners of these properties had to pull out and find new managment companies. Because they were not being compensated! If you have been burned by this company or this Bob character. Don't hesitate to contact AZ Realtors Assoc. or The County Attorneys office.

No help whatsoever, never returns phone calls, did not forward rent monies
