I hate to see reviews like the previous one because I have had the very best of service and experience at this shop. Because it is kinda far from where I live, I have tried other auto shops only to return to Thompsons after poor experiences elsewhere and to correct errors. I do not know the "owner" but I do know the shop and it is top rate!

I took my van here. First of all, the AAA driver convince my husband to take it here, which THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO DO! Telling my husband they are awesome and cheap...even gave him a coupan.They called and said what was wrong and how much it would be...I said okay. I go to pay and they don't show you the bill! I pay and than find out they used rebuilt parts on my car! The part they gave me is at Auto Zone( which is where they go it from) said it was 518.I called and it 270 for a NEW one for a rebuilted 179. I call and ask why I was charge so much more..they claim its 4warranty n labor! I than said why am I charged 240 4 abor than again on the part, plus your computer hooked up fee? Why isn't written down? Well do u expect us to explain all that you are charge? I replied Does everyone? They hunged up on me! Than 3 days later my car breaks again! I have to pay them to tow my car and guess what!!! None my radaitor hose it bad and I need a new radiator and WATER PUMP!
