Provided by YP.comI had an exceptional service experience with Top Line Auto Service. Moved here from out of state, where my Dad is my mechanic, was so apprehensive on going to a new mechanic. The owner Chris showed and explained to me what was wrong with my Xterra, and gave me different options with full details and prices on repairs. I appreciated the he and his mechanics made sure the transmission and other vital parts of my Xterra were in working condition before I placed an order for new motor, so as not to waste my money. The new motor was installed quickly, Chris even had his mechanics replace and fix other compartments free of charge to ensure my new motor wouldn’t be affected. It’s great to have an honest mechanic, who still values his customers and quality work from his mechanics. I highly recommend Top Line Auto Service!!!

Provided by YP.comI was new to the area when I first went here, and I was peasently surprised. First off, they charge $20 for a service which blew my mind. Also, the mechanic had noticed that I tried to do a quick fix on my bumber and decided to do a better job at no cost to me. I had no idea mechanics still operated with such a high class of customer service. As long as I live in this area I will be taking my vehicle here.

Provided by YP.comBest deal in town on oil changes! I have been coming here since I got my license 2 years ago. I was immediately attracted to the 20 oil/filter changes! My first car was and still is a 1998 Honda Civic. I have over 200k miles on it, and these guys are the only ones to ever work on it since I got it! I've spent less than a thousand dollars in repairs on a car that is over ten years old. That in itself should say how awesome this shop is! I have always gotten a second opinion by my brother before they do any work, and they have never tried to sell me anything I didn't truely need. I recommend Top Line to everyone I know, and as long as I am still driving, I won't be going anywhere else but here for my repairs.

Provided by YP.comShocked to hear about the negativity of some of these reviews, I had to stop by and share my experience. As an ex mechanic of 25+ years, I came into Top Line with my own water pump to get it installed on my Avalanche. Being retired, I just don't have the energy or desire to work on my own vehicles anymore. It took me a long time to find a shop I could trust to touch my well kept vehicles, as most are very untrustworthy. The work was done properly, the service writer was very professional, and even shared the quote of what it would have been had I not brought my own part in. To my surprise, I spent MORE money by not just letting these guys get the parts!!! I give this place an A+,

Provided by YP.comThis place has never done wrong by me. I've had 3 cars in the last 3 years, and always return to the honesty and down right best prices for all the services offered. Chris is a true family businessman, and handles every customer as if they were his own friends.

Provided by YP.comI took my 05' Commemorative Edition Dodge SRT-4 to at least 3 other shops in the area, and got quoted 2500-3500 dollars for a USED transmission, when I brought it in for an excessive rattle when I let the clutch out in neutral. When I walked through Toplines door, I was immediately greeted by Chris, whom spoke to me very down to earth, and clearly explained evering. He asked me to wait a while, because it might just be something simple! (Note, I didn't tell him what other shops quoted me) After no more than 45 minutes, Chris came out to tell me it had nothing to do with my transmission, and was simply excessive clutch chatter from a worn throwout bearing and input shaft. Expecting at least 1500, I immediately said get it done to a quote of only 550 bucks out the door!!!! This shop has got to be the most honest place I have ever been to. Took 2 days, and Chris himself drove me home and back when it was done. I don't know what these other people below me are talking about, perhaps during older management? I know a good, honest place when I see it, and being mechanically inclined, They did a fantastic job, chatter is gone, and they even rerouted my turbo vacuum lines that another shop had just thrown in wherever...

Provided by YPmobilePoor customer service, poor workmanship, poor excuse for an auto shop. Why, why, why did I waste my money here? Don't go here!
We apologize for any bad experience you had with one of our service writers, we strive to provide optimum customer service. Provided by YP.comBefore my wife and I got together she would take her car here. I have fixed two of their mistakes on her car since then. She took it in for an oil pressure sensor. It began leaking after they gave the car back to her. She took it back after she noticed a leak and they said that it was out of warranty and they would not do anything. When I replaced the sensor, the old one had been sitting in the block finger tight. Another "repair" I encountered was when I did the front brakes on her car. The lower caliper slide bolt on the driver's side was missing. I got a replacement bolt and discovered the bolt hole on the steering knuckle, where the caliper bolts to the wheel, had been stripped out. Now I have to tap the bolt hole and replace the bolt again. Thanks TopLine, you truly are top of the line!
