The team at this USPS location consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer’s needs are met efficiently and courteously. Whether mailing a simple letter or handling a complex shipping request, the staff is always knowledgeable, patient, and eager to assist. Their professionalism and friendliness create a welcoming atmosphere that makes each visit a pleasant experience.

We have been waiting on someone to repair our personal community mailbox for nearly 2 weeks. When it was called in we were told that a work order had been submitted to have the door put back on the box. Made a call a day later when nothing happened, but was assured that the work order had been submitted, but it might take a day or two longer for the repair. We went to the post office 5 days (on a Saturday) after the original call was made and found out that the work order hadn't been submitted, but was assured that it would be on the following Monday. That Monday was 4 days ago and we are still waiting. What else can the U.S. government screw up? This is ridiculous. The postal inspector doesn't seem to care if you have a secure mailbox as that route has been tried. We are beginning to understand why there is violence in a post office.

The past experience has been to receive mail that should have been delivered to a different zip code about 3 miles away. his has happened more than once. We also get neighbor's mail and they get ours, so we play postal carrier on occasion. This is service?
