Founded in 1978, Vietnam Veterans of America is a nonprofit organization that serves Vietnam-era veterans and their families. It operates the EtaBO (Employment, training and Business Opportunities), Homeless Veterans, Minority Affairs, Public Affairs, PTSD and Substance Abuse, Veteran's Health Care and Women Veterans committees.
