I brought in my 2004 Kia for AC issues. Asked for diagnosis and price and was told $375 and no issues with the compressor (as had been previously diagnosed at another shop). Paid for the repair and immediately continued to have issues with the AC. Took it in again and they said the compressor was leaking. New quote, $500. Tried to stick it out for a month then went back and now $600 quote. I took it in looking for a bit of a break given the errors and visits and got a $40 price tag instead. The first time I even tipped him $25 and he never acknowledged that gesture!!! They wouldn't even talk to me about circumstances. Bottom line, these guys are all about the buck and could not care less for the customer. The owner was particularly rude and offensive. I would never go back!!!!

I will not go anywhere else if I have electrical problems. I was told by another shop that I needed a whole new wiring harness and they wanted to charge me $1600+. I took it to Village Auto. They checked EVERYTHING right in front of me..He spent almost an hour on this and then told me it was some simple wiring repairs. He said the other shop must be desperate for money to tell me that I needed a whole new harness. Needless to say I was thrilled, car is running perfect no more stalling! Thank you Village Auto!

I have an 89 K5 Blazer in excellent condition. Everything but the suspension and electrical has been restored. I had some issues with the inline fuse blowing constantly. Also the ignition box was failing (can start truck without key in ignition). I brought my truck to Village and explained my problems clearly to the front desk girl. With the blank look on her face and the feeling that she didn't have a clue I asked to speak to the mechanic to make sure everyone understood what I wanted to be fixed. After 2 days with no phone call I called them and was told my truck was done. Already annoyed I showed up to find out they fixed 1 of the 2 problems I clearly stated the the front desk and the mechanic. There lack of mechanical ability is not in question, only there ability to complete the entire job correctly the first time. Therefore leaving me with still another problem to fix and not wanting to deal with Village again. Solution seems simple; work orders/invoice and follow through.

I was referred to Village Auto Electric Service by Virgil at Highland Auto in Chandler, who does quality mechanical work at very reasonable rates. The cruise control on my 2002 Acura MDX had stopped working. Virgil said that Village AES had been around for a long time, did good work, and would not try to gouge me. He was correct and more so. I dropped the car off at their shop at 9am and Ralph called back within two hours to tell me that the car was ready to be picked up. I had been told by a mechanic (not Virgil) that the “control box” probably would have to be replaced and it would be expensive. Ralph did the work for about 20% of what I was led to believe it would cost, and the problem turned out to be a break control switch which was not working, but needed to be in order to deactivate the cruise control. Glad I was directed to Village Electric Service. They did great work, at a reasonable rate, and very quickly. If you want a place where you have confidence and trust i

I took my 1998 car to have it looked at after nobody was able to diagnose the problem for more than two months.I was overly impressed with the speed and professional service given.I was given a fair price and was overly satisfied. That is why I will be taking my other vehicle and my close relatives car there as well by tomorrow.I will definetly be reffering these professionals to everybody I know and meet.
