Worst customer service ever! Store manager Melissa is incredibly rude. Store employees lurk behind you as if everyone in the store is dying to steal their $5.99 cover girl eyeliner. Get a grip people.

Wow, I experienced the worst customer service today ever. After 20 years of loyal business to them and spending thousands of dollars each year... We are leaving Walgreens. They have become incompetent, rude and uncaring. Where do they find these people and why are they not trained properly. Ugh. Bye bye Walgreens. I'm going somewhere they appreciate my business.

After using Walgreens for 20 years, we've decided to spend the thousands of dollars we've spent with them each year at a different pharmacy. Their customer service has plummeted. They have become incompetent, rude, uncaring, and unhelpful. I will never sent foot in another Walgreens, ever. I will never refer business to them as I have in the past. Bye bye Walgreens.
