I've been purchasing products from J Eric for over ten years. The service is exemplary. The product is the best I've ever had. Linda, the owner, always has a smile for her clients and is an example for all other businesses in the area of how to treat their customers.

I have actually boughten their chocolate quite a few times and I will admit that their chocolate is amazing, but when I took my family today for the first time so they could have some of their chocolate, WOW! The lady who is regurlarly there (older mexican) at the front was EXTREMELY RUDE. There were some ladies infront of us with their children and the youngest child was throwing a tantrum on the floor with her legs sticking out of the door. The clerck at the store told my husband to step inside since they had to close the door and my husband told her that he really couldn't unless the child moved (it's really small in there!), and the clerck said "you need to move I need to close the door, step over the child!" some other words were exchanged and it escalated further until my mother in law asked the lady for the manager and the lady responded that she was the manager so then my mother in law asked for the owner and again the lady said that SHE was the owner. Ha the owner is caucasian and her name is Linda! I will never go back again to THAT kind of service!
