With the exception of one person, the staff can never answer any of my questions.For weeks I watched a Pekin hen get plucked alive in a pen of roosters with no where to escape. I felt sorry for her and bought her I learned her leg is broken they put a duck with a broken leg in a pen with a bunch of roosters she has very limited mobility.Her bill has been plucked so much its soft in spots and the back of her head is raw and bloody.Its almost sinister that they knew this was happening and did not care to isolate the bird. When I went in the store to buy the bird the first cashier was confused and told me they did not sell the ducks.A month ago I asked about buying female ducks and was told they only had drakes which was clearly not true since they were mating in the pens and the hens were plucked. The staff doesn't know their products I'm not sure why some of them are working there they seemed bothered when asked questions. I was charged full price for the injured duck.

Great inventory..helpful staff but the animals outside are in bad shape..too small pens..covered in flies..felt sorry for them
