Hours are 8:30 to 3:00 not 4:00. They have about 20 cars and only one employee that is constantly on the move. [They could not pay me enough to pick up/ drop off, clean cars by hand, make reservations (canceling and editing too) deal with irate customers that refuse to call, steal vehicles, refuse to pay or just lose keys. I could never deal with someone yelling at me bc they didn't have a reservation but want a vehicle now. ] If you make a reservation online it is slightly cheaper, sometimes it forgets to add drop fees which can save a lot of mula. She also, if you're an insurance rental and have a car in the shop, will contact the shop and keep you updated as well as inform the insurance company to pay for your entire time in the rental. Thank you Erika, you sincerely made this difficult time (my car accident) much easier and always greeted me with a welcoming and comforting smile!
