We have stayed at The Springs for 2 yrs and love it. The office and maintenance staff are great, so nice, helpful and friendly, they go out of their way to help you. The amenities are really good including the pool, hot tub, and the outdoor bar-b-q and play ground area. The Clubhouse is beautiful and spacious with tables, chairs, kitchenette, couches, a big screen TV and a workout room. The two girls both named Felicia, who work the office are wonderful, they try to offer many activities to visitors, are so friendly and promote the Springs and the Mesquite area. One of the activities they provide is a free music night once a month, with Felicia Smith's live band and guest appearances by local talent. It is just great. Felicia Stephenson organizes many of the activities and is always thinking of new and exciting things to bring in to the Springs resort. We will return for our 3rd season and plan on some short term stays throughout the year.
