I would definitely recommend Americas Service Plumber to anyone ! They were very professional and polite. When my waterheater burst and water was everywhere, I called the office and spoke with Jennel. She was very pleasant and assuring which was good to hear because I was in panic mode. Shortly after speaking with her a plumber showed up at my house to save the day. After providing me with a very competitive quote and my approval they promptly replaced the waterheater to fix the problem. Thank you James ! You really are a super hero

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! THE OWNER IS SKETCHY LOOKING AND HE IS RUDE!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN! THIS COMPANY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS! I came home to a leaky spot in my house one afternoon and I called this company last minute seeing that I didn’t see any reviews on them and decided to give them a shot. BAD IDEA! After them being at my house for a few minutes, the plumber, who is also the owner, said that I had a slab leak and he needed to get under my floors which would require him to make a hole somewhere, for just diagnosing my "problem" he charged me $250.00. I panicked bc I was not at my house for a long time and I have hardwood floors. He left to get some supplies and i called another plumber who stated that I only had a small leaky pipe in my laundry room behind a wall that could be fixed for $100.00. I confronted the owner about his false statement and requested my money back for lying to me and he refused to cooperate. I even told him to just give me back $100.00 so that I could pay the other plumber and he refused. He had a horrible attitude and I could not believe he tried to cheat me out of thousands in order for him to fix a leak that was not even under my floors to begin with. This man should be ashamed of himself for calling himself a business owner, I would hate to see him cheat anyone else out of much more than what he cheated me. BEWARE!!!!

They seems very professional at first but if there is a problem they won't respond. The plumber doesn't seems to know what he is doing and the customer service is crap. They charge me a price that did not reflect on the work being done, it took them 2 days to finish because they spent a day and a half digging at the wrong place. I even paid for the hydrostatistic test which cost $157 and it tally up over $800. They said it wasn't my fault but their POLICY said I can't be reimbursed for the test. Take your business else where, you will save alot of money.
