Horrible place. If I could give a Negative 10, that would be my score, after only 8 days. Raised the monthly rate on sign in due to "adding error", did not disclose $1500.00 "move in fee", seems no one could get her cable box so she could have TV, so I went a got one in about 5 minutes, fallen three times with no attention, even after pulling "emergency" cord three times. I came in and pulled it. After 15 minutes they arrived. Last night filled out paperwork for her meds, I had previously been placing them in containers marked "Morning Meds", and "Night Meds". Tonight, they don't have her meds and not sure what to give her. Incompetent, non-caring staff. The activity board is full, but it's all on paper. There are no activities. I can not tell you how much this hurts, to place your mother's care into someone care. And experience the pain of going through this. Trying to get out on Monday to a more respectful place.

They deceive on the price, quality, activities, and everything else.
