Provided by YPmobileThese guys don't refund unauthorized charges! They had me sign something THE SAME DAY I discovered the unauthorized charge. Then avoided me for weeks. When I finally got a hold of the one and only person who could help me, I was told I didn't have enough documentation and my account was overdrawn by their ridiculous fees! They didn't even start the investigation. And the corporate office wouldn't help me either. Said I had to talk to the same guy who avoided me for over a month now and would not return my calls!
