I would like to thank Hope for being so patient with me. My first dress I really loved but I didn't want to spend a $1000 on a dress. So I exchanged it for a cheaper dress and I really hated the dress. I took it to my cousins house because it was so ugly. I decided to go back to David's Bridal to exchange that dress. Hope knew the look that I was looking for. I now feel like a bride. I love my dress. Thank you so much Hope.

It was seriously as if the moment I purchased my dress they no longer cared about anything. I'm a dress consultant myself and would never treat my customers this way. My dress was supposed to come in in March so I called to check if they knew the exact date. They then tell me my dress actually got there in January and they sent me an email. I check my email every day and received nothing, I even double checked to see if I missed it. When I went in to try it on in the size I ordered they directed me to a tiny tiring room inside alterations and didn't even offer to help me out the dress on. It was nothing like how they treat you before you buy the dress. I will not be going back to this location for mother of the bride or bridesmaid dresses. The blonde manager there was also very rude. Be aware brides!
