Eternity Jewelers in Mesquite mall and same on in Arlington mall. Purchase engagement ring 2 days later diamond with entire prong fell off. They did not want to replace the diamond after arguing for 3 weeks with them and having outburst in there store they replace it. Then they wanted to charge me labor of course I refuse. The story does not end here when I went to pick up the ring diamond was not same quality. So I had another fit insisted on a different ring that was in there display same style just gold versus white gold. 3 months later same problem prong fell off with diamond. and they did repair it took 3 weeks. At this point my girl is emotional reck over this ring and is scare to even wear it. They will promise you the world when you walk in but after they get your money only offer 30 day exchange of course at this point you have no leverage there sticker price is about 80% mark up. I Purchase the ring for 80% less then sticker price . Hummm they do not have a website go figure

Please do NOT shop here, go to Kay's or Jared's or some other established, reputable jewelry store. The merchandise in this store is overpriced at least double. You can find same jewelry online for hundreds less. Shady salespeople. They do not know color, nor clarity of diamond they sell you, won't tell you who certifies their diamonds. They are only interested in taking advantage of those who do not know the current value of jewelry.
