This man had my cuckoo clock for approximately 6 months. He kept saying he had to order parts, hung up in customs, etc....charged me almost $400. Clock still wouldn't run! I took it to another repair shop, another $200 and was told there was not one new part in it, had not even been cleaned! I would not recommend this guy, can't believe he is still in business!!!
