In a store that has inventory for a young demographic, I had no expectation of getting assistance when I, a middle-aged mom with an older parent walked in looking for a gift for my 13 year old son. Well I was WRONG. We were greeted by several associates who asked to help. We were given ideas and then left to look. Couldn't find anything that was just right, as we were leaving another associate, Stephanie or Samantha (can't remember which) again asked if we needed anything. When I mentioned I just couldn't find the right item, she pulled out a tee-shirt that I had not noticed. It was exactly the one my son had mentioned to me that he wanted but I had not been able to find. This was some of the best customer service I have had in a small store in ages. In an age where customer service is lacking, I was very impressed. I hope your experience is the same.
