Came in an purchase a golden dream collection the jubilee mattress and it sleep good and the manager micheal gives excellent customer service definitely a 5 star store.

I plan to notify the BBB on this store. Over and over on each website that has the reviews I see many others feel the way I do. They are great when they make the sale but watch out later down the road! The bed we bought started breaking down after just a few months and making wierd noises. Well guess what? They aren't honoring the warranty! So I was worrying and fretting about what to do. I was dreading a confrontation. I was so upset with myself for going to an off the wall mattress store. I ended up talking to a reputable salesman in a leading mattress store. He said they would buy that bed from me and haul it off when they bring out the new one! I felt like the world had been lifted off my off my shoulder! So the bed I bought from Mattress Depot is now out of my house and I have a wonderful one in its place. I had to pay more but you get what you pay for! No stars from me! Well I guess I have to give 1 because it requires me to!

I purchased a Queen mattress set from Chance. Because I voiced that I wasn't quite ready to buy, Chance enticed me with a lower price, a free heavy-duty frame, and free delivery. I also paid for Queen white sheets which were to be brought with the delivery since they had to come from another location. First, I was a little surprised at how it was delivered in an open-back pickup truck -- and they forgot the frame! They did return later that day with the frame, but I did not get my sheets. We have called the store several times over the last two weeks, and still no sheets or a straight answer. Yesterday, I went by there again. A person there said he would get them from another location and would have them today (Sunday). He didn't tell me they were CLOSED. The hours/days written on the door indicates they are open and the "open" signs were lit -- but they were CLOSED. Last night, they couldn't give me a refund -- said he only had $11 in cash.



Chance indicated that this bed frame was really good but as you sit on the bed, it rattles. If I had paid for it -- it would be going back to the store. I haven't gotten to sleep in the bed yet because I am still waiting on the sheets. Their word carries no value. They only know how to sell. There is no customer service. I spent $900 cash (debit) with them.

I have owned my mattress for just 6 months now and i want to thank mattress depot ( Will ) for telling me everything i didnt know about mattresses I have purchased one before and had to buy it again after a year he explained to me about investing in my sleep and now im glad i did i feel better and wake up better than ever before So before you buy anywhere else check out Mattress Depot Youll be GLAD you did I bought my whole Bedroom Suit With them and save over 600.00 dollars for the same set from other companies
