They are very rude and unprofessional they didnt bring all my belongings out of the car . they stole money and wouldnt give us our daughters school pictures out of the glove box . the lady actually said to why am i complaining about 15 dollars. And that they have a car and its not their fault my car got repoed they are very horrible horrible people we ended up arguing with the people i had a very bad experience they should be shut down immediately! !!!!

me and my mom went to go pick up my belongings I called a day ahead and got told I didn't need an appointment just to come by between mon-fri 9am-4pmme and my mom got their at noon 8-4-16 the receptionist said I needed to make an appointment I said no that is not what I got told. The receptionist made an exception to go ahead and help us I was still not happy about it. I dump everything out and tried to check my stuff while my mom help me with half of it. My I am not in the state of mind at the moment my fiancé is in the hospital so I wasn't all their. It is night time now. I have a pur/coug looking wallet NW no id in it but it has sentimental value to me and coins that I've collected through out the years, as imthinking and thinking etc..and I have gone through my stuff and checked my other vehicle that I own and do not owe money on it. I realized that more and more things are missing. They didn't let me get in my vehicle to search it but I know dam well I have more stuff missing.

I have no other option but to assume this company is run by or is employing a den of thieves. My vehicle was towed by them, due to my own fault, but when I went to recover my vehicle not all of my belongings that were in the vehicle were returned. I'm sure it was a mere coincidence that all of the things returned had little to no value but ALL of the electronics and tools were not. An iPhone, iPad, an expensive vape mod, a 99 piece Craftsman socket set, keys to my company van and shop, 2" ball hitch and a cup my step daughter gave me for Christmas are just the things off the top of my head that were kept by them. I tried for several days to reach the owner but he/she would dodge my calls and was too cowardly to return my call which in my eyes is further proof of guilt. The receptionist seemed to try to be helpful.

Very Unprofessional. Disappointing
