BAD customer service. You can't get furniture on time. We ordered a whole living room set and it was not all delivered so they shipped an item UPS, which was damaged. They won't deliver when you want. You have to wait two weeks minimum. Don't buy from these guys.

Bought a brand new Sealy mattress at Rooms to Go in Mesquite. Was told told that I HAD to purchase a $70 mattress pad or else the mattress warranty would be void. Did so. Seven months later the mattress has failed with a hole in the center. I weight 137 pounds. Husband weighs 200 pounds. There's no reason for this! Assistant Manager (Al Rodriguez) blew me off when I came into the store with all the paperwork. No Manager on duty. Was given an 800 number for Sealy, which will take 90-120 days to resolve. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. All they care about is selling and selling "up." I feel cheated and lied to and now I'm out the cost of a new mattress and box springs after only seven months on a name-brand maTtress.
