Stay away from this place. It is GHETTO. The sales associates are really young, unprofessional, and talk to you as if you're their "homie" and not a potential customer. I recently bought a premium commercial grade treadmill here. I picked out the best looking one that looked the least used and verified it was in working order. They assured me they would clean off the treadmill and take it off the floor right away so others couldn't use it. When the treadmill was delivered, it was like a totally different treadmill. It was damaged beyond repair that even the delivery guy was concerned as to why I would buy it. Went back to the store to get a refund only to find out the sales guy rang up the wrong item. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the treadmill at the time of sale. The sales guy offered a lower grade treadmill for the sales price I paid on the commercial treadmill. Why would I pay more for an inferior product?? I'll take my business to the Allen outlet and hopefully get better service.
