Had mail hold on which I completed the request online. Requested delivery of held mail, now one week later and after speaking with postal carrier who thought it was for pick up and indicated he would deliver the next day... Went to mailbox and still no mail.

Went Above and Beyond!



I had an extremely important certified letter get snagged at the Dallas sort facility for 2 weeks. This was confirmed by the USPS Consumer Affairs Department. In desperation I contacted this Mesquite location, honestly expecting very little for the effort. I couldn't have been more inaccurate with my assumption. I explained my problem to a wonderful gal named Alice. She and her crew had my letter in my hands in 48 hrs. Unbelievably, it was brought to my apartment door well after the driver had finished his route and office hours had closed. I can't thank them enough for their kind, diligent professionalism!

Their slow pick up window defies logic. Took one customer slip - returned 1-hr & 10 mins later. The line of customers grew exponentially. If there are other options given for on-line orders - take it. Zero stars because this is the 3rd time I encountered this total lack of customer concern at this location.

this store is lazy and doesnt care about customers. i will not use usps any longer. I see why fed ex and ups is sooo much better. I hate having to go there
