Horrible customer service and professionalism. They run their buissness as if they are above the law.

I took a necklace to them and asked if they could fix it. They did, and when I went to pick it up it was NOT the same necklace. They said they would give me another one I said ok. I was NOT happy about the whole situation, but agreed. It was my mothers necklace, I wasn't sure about the length, And I told them so. I brought it to her and unfortunately it was not the same length. I called that evening and the girl was extremely rude and said they would do nothing else for me. Words were exchanged and I asked to speak to the manager when I was hung up on. I called back and the manager was going to call me right back. He didn't. The next day I called him and he agreed to switch out for the right length. I went up the right away. The employee told the manager not to do a thing for me because I was rude to her on the phone. I was so mad and this woman, and I told her to stay out of it at this point, because the MANAGER was handling it. She told me to get out of the F-ing store. I filed a claim against them and found out there are several claims against them for similar situations. Now I have a 10k necklace that has broken twice with a bad clasp instead of a 14k necklace with a good clasp on it.
