Great place for children's birthday party! Everything was set up very nice and kids had a great time, even the ones "first time skating"! I really enjoyed watching the kids skate. :)

I attended a private event hosted by two religious schools with a five and a six year old and the management did not have the professionalism to edit the play last of the music, nor control the DJ after two complaints over the unedited content of the music was lodged. The manager actually became verbally combative over the issue. Not only will I never set foot in this establishment again, I will make certain that any organization that my child is involved with will ever have a fund raising event here.

I went to this place for my daughters school which btw is a private lutheran school. We get there and the music is horrendous unedited rap music. The dj should have looks at the crowd and understand that this is a child friendly event to pick music out that is appropriate for the children. When I spoke to the manager she was a completed utterly ridiculous and rude towards me when I complained.

Airline Skates is a fun places to go and have ur events.... If u don't know how to skates or your child don't know how to either, don't let them skates without ur supervision... They will have minor injuries.. That's why they have a kiddie area and for new beginners

This is a dangerous place to skate for children. My children went yesterday for a friends birthday, and are going to the Dr. today for various injuries. There were two older boys, sons of the owner I believe, who were purposefully slamming into the littler kids and tripping them to hurt them and have the rink to themselves. It almost feels like a skam, you pay for your kids to skate and these boys run your kids off with no regard for the smaller children's safty and well being. My ten year olds knee is so swollen from one of the boys that it may need X-rays. I do not recommend this rink, the same boys have been there everytime we have been, and have done these same things each time. The staff is also rude from my experiences, and they act like they are afraid or unwilling to stop these boys from hurting other skaters, and hogging the rink. I wouldn't give it a single star, but yp won't allow that to be able to post.

The staff is very rude, unprofessional, and incompentant...They give you a date to have your deposit in by and then cancell your bday party....Hang up the phone on you in mid conversation....I will never have another party at the place again and I've had a party here for the past 10 years:(

this is where i started skating at. i personally, am suck and tired of this rink and its drama but in all honesty, this is a great skating rink for everyone. just remember, this is one of the most competitive rinks i ever went to and they take things too seriously at times (or maybe it was just with me). also if your a fan of bounce music, this is the ultimate rink to go to.
