to anyone who gives a hoot:



this store is one example of why morale is down in this country: terrible customer service. not by immigrants. not because it's made in china. but because of our own homegrown stupid population of young people with no work ethic. the published opening time is 10:00 am. but katie, self-described "m.o.d." decides she'll open at 10:10 because she's too busy hanging one sign in the front window, eventhough there are 3 women present at the store. she then proceeds to give me a weak, smirk-accompanied half-apology (something you'd hear from a 13-year old), "i'm sorry i didn't open the store for *you* -- childish emphasis on the "you." when did customer service sink to such depths? since when did you hate your job so much you took it out on customers...?
