The delivery men were great Buddy and his helper Ed did a fantastic job I live in Baton Rouge and I will always now by my furniture from Comeaux and my salesman Rob at the warehouse store was great salesman Thanks so much Robert Johnston ��������������������

They welcomed me immediately upon entering the store, I was treated with respect and given good advice as well as specific info for the leather couch I eventually purchased. The delivery men: Scott and Mario did an excellent job with delivery and setup!

Comeaux is the worst furniture store in the New Orleans area! I bought a bed from there that lasted a year and a half and mean, awful people that work there told me it was my fault because I have hard wood floors. I encourage everyone with a bad review here to submit a complaint to the BBB!

Big mistake buying from here! Don't do it- We bought a sectional sofa and it began to unravel at all of the seems within 5 months. The frame is wonky, poor quality. The customer service clerk is a joke. Don't waste your hard earned money at this place.

A warranty at comeaux means *nothing.* They sold us a defective dishwasher and refuse to make it right because their repair guy says "there's nothing wrong with it." It floods the floor and can't get through one cycle, so clearly there is something wrong with it! What he should have said was "I don't know what's wrong with it."

Have sent two emails and pictures of a sofa that is falling apart after only two years of light use and still no reply. They do not stand by their warranties. Do not follow through. Poor customer service.

Recently went into the Metairie showroom for a bedroom set. After deciding on a set I put the deposit down(paid through debit card) to hold the item as we were moving and did not need the set immediately. We later discovered that the item was not available in Cal King so we requested our deposit back. Since we paid with a debit card we assumed we would get cash back. I was no longer in possession of the original card used (my bank had since mailed me a replacement card) and Comeaux refused to refund it to my new debit card instead I had to wait for a check. It has been over a week and after endless calls I am still waiting for a refund. This has made for a very bad experience for me. The salesperson was so quick to offer this 'hold/deposit' option but it has been a complete pain to get my money back. I will never do business with Comeaux again and they were my favorite furniture company! And I am still waiting for my refund.

I was very excited about the purchase of my new home the Salesteam at Comeaux were very helpful and courteous. I recommend them for Value and Great Service.....
