nasty owner.In my thirty years of driving I had never met anyone so awful in the auto service industry. Also tried to sell me a part I did not need,One star is too many.

When I called for estimate and service the person at first was nice and helpful with offering free estimate. When asked for estimated cost of service he would not tell me, when I asked again, he hung up on me. I called back, he got rude. I am a working mother with 3 children that's on a budget. Estimated cost is a necessary when you are on a budget. Rudeness especially dealing with customer service is a Must!!

Their service may be good, but just by my conversation over the phone, that's what I take in consideration before giving my hard earned money to someone in a competitive field !

This is an excellent service company! My business has done business with them with our fleet for years! I use them for my personal vehicles.



The owner (Jimmy) just dosn't HAVE to put up with arrogant people! It's funny how rude people act when people are rude back to them! Think about it!
