This by far was the worst experience at a MHM facility, it reminded me of an emergency room. My boyfriend had an appointment for 2:00pm, we got there at 1:40 they didn't call him to the back until 2:31pm. The longest wait ever and there was no one else in the waiting area or in the back. All of the staff was just sitting around, being that I work in the medical field that was totally unexceptionable, to make your parent wait that long. I, Personally would never ever go to this location to see a doctor, because of the long wait.
