The Fury family started the family’s namesake restaurant in Metairie in 1983. We make all of our sauces in-house from tomato to tartar, and every meal is freshly made to order. Chef Al has been with the restaurant from the beginning and learned all of the Fury family recipes directly from John and John Sr. Chef Al knows the recipes by heart.
