Unethical, do yourself a favor don't do business with these people.



Dropped off an Ipad mini to have the cracked screen replaced. When we went to pick it up my granddaughter wanted her ipad case put back on. Thought the technician was just being nice when he rushed to put it on even though we told him it wasn't necessary. Once back home, her mother looked at the ipad and noticed that the screen was cracked.



She called Isupply the next day and was told that the technician would have to decide if it would be replaced. After leaving multiple messages someone finally called back almost a week later and pretty much called her a liar.



The person on the phone finally offered her a token percent off to redo the $150 service again. Needless to say we won't be going back.
