This dealership is terrible. I tried to buy a 2016 CVO limited and they said they dont know whats coming in, hah. A good one. Then i asked a price on a 2010 CVO on the floor and they said i dont know. I daid you dont know? The sales manager was a used car sakesman and says i dont have the stock number. And the floor salesman say i ll get it and the sales manager said dont worry about it. He was more worried about who got the lemonade or coke than a customer. Rotten dealership. Always has been and always will be. Money money money

I must say, 'it is a wonderful feeling coming to fun and exciting place to work everyday.' I have worked at places in the past where all they do is preach about having a positive attitude, but don't practice what they preach. No one needs that in their life or deserves it. I can't wait to come to work in the morning, people here are just different and genuinely care for you and your family. New Orleans Harley Davidson is a fun place to be and the people here make the difference!

STAY AWAY!!! New Orleans Harley Davidson has a great scheme going. I can't believe people actually buys bikes from them. After 2 trips (1 1/2hour ride one way) I thought I finally was getting the deal I could live with. I still was not happy that I had to pay almost $1000 on top of the price of the bike just to be serviced before I buy it. But I finally bit the bullet and had a had shake agreement with the sales manager. Well I go into the finance office to seal the deal and here he comes and tries to tack on another $1700. I thought it could be a misunderstanding on my part but my buddy was right on side of me when I did the hand shake and he didn't here anything about another$1700 on top of the price we agreed upon. BE CAREFUL!!!!

If you have EVER stereotyped salesmen or dealerships, THIS STORE is the EXACT description of that "SALESMAN" STEREOTYPE. I bought a bike from them and I THOUGHT the salesman was a friend of the bike club we were in, but once we got there to do business, his SALESMAN tactics kicked in!!! I was overcharged for the bike because he CONVINCED me to thinking he was giving me a good deal. Yes it was my fault for believing him, but when you THINK a friend from the club is going to give you a deal, ya might want to think twice before you believe him!!! And on top of that, the sales manager threw all kinds of ADD-ONS to the contract!!! Beware of this place!!! You would be better off buying a used one from someone else who got "BENT OVER" on a new transaction!!! Do not believe ANYTHING from ANYONE that works at this place!!!!!
