I went to return a shirt for my son today. I actually called ahead and asked if they would exchange it, since the tags were removed, They said yes on phone but no when I got there. They would not take it back because they said it did not look like original form. Very disappointing to be stuck with a $25 birthday present shirt that he cannot wear. Won't be back to this store!
They are not nice.

I went in to return 2 shirts and the clerk said I couldn't return them because they smelled like air freshener. I explained to the clerk that its been in my car and I haven't worn them or even taken them out since I bought them in fact, and yet she still refused to accept my return. That is complete ridiculous and she can expect me to contact the manager soon, because of the fact I can't return my shirt bc it smells like my car is absurd.
